Culture Catch and Bennett Media Studios Present: Sing For China AIDS Benefit, Thursday, September 24th at 7 PM at The Center. This salon will feature performances by Hedgehog, Queen Sea Big Shark, and Casino Demon; three of China’s biggest and best indie-rock bands. The U.S. tour is being produced by Modern Sky Records of Beijing, China's largest independent record label. All proceeds from this event will be donated to help children orphaned by AIDS in China.

Culture Catch, Ed Bennett, and the Organic Wine Journal co-hosted a private wine tasting and salon with Tony Coturri of Coturri Winery on Friday, May 15th. Adam Morganstern and Greg Wacks from the Organic Wine Journal invited a group of VIP New Yorkers to sample some of Tony's most beloved reds plus his killer "cloudy" Sauvignon Blanc. Tony talked about how he and his brother Phil, who have been making wine for over 30 years, belief wholeheartedly in the biodynamic winemaking process. A process that was mostly the norm before adding additional sulfites were introduced into wine making at the turn of the 20th century.
